Downingtown, Pennsylvania
The eighth church plant out of Covenant Fellowship Church (Glen Mills, PA) is preparing for a September 13 launch in the Philadelphia suburb of Downingtown. Kenny Lynch will lead the plant of Brandywine Grace Church, assisted by David Sharp. Kenny and David both serve on the pastoral team of Covenant Fellowship, having graduated from the Pastors College in 1999 and 2004, respectively.
Fredericksburg, Virginia
This August, Sovereign Grace Church will begin public meetings in Spotsylvania County, about 15 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The church-planting team is led by Ken Delage, a 2008 graduate of the Pastor’s College. Ken has served both as a pastoral intern at Sovereign Grace Church (Chesapeake, VA) and as a church-planting resident at KingsWay Community Church (Midlothian, VA). Adam Campbell, a 2009 Pastor’s College graduate and a former intern at CrossWay Community Church (Charlotte, NC), will be serving alongside Ken.
San Francisco, California
This summer, Toby Kurth will lead a church-planting team in the launch of Christ Church in San Francisco. Toby assisted with the launch of Sovereign Grace City Church (Brooklyn, NY) in 2003 before attending our Pastors College. Since his graduation, he has served as a pastoral intern at Sovereign Grace Church of Gilbert, Arizona. For more information about Christ Church, visit www.christchurchsf.org.
Peoria, Arizona
The second Sovereign Grace church in the suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona, is being planted this year, led by Chris Daukas. Chris graduated from the Pastors College in 2004 and has been a pastor at Sovereign Grace Church of Gilbert, Arizona, for five years. The new church in Peoria will be called Grace Church and plans to begin public meetings in September. For more information, visit www.gracechurchaz.org.
